Appointments and emergencies

You can make an appointment by telephone (01404 850 217) or you can call in to make arrangements. 

If you need to be seen urgently, telephone the surgery for advice.  If treatment is essential, we will do our best to arrange it within 24 hours.  For emergencies out of hours, you should still telephone the surgery.  You will be told how to contact the emergency dentist on call.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible We may have to make a charge if you do not give us reasonable notice. Missed appointments waste NHS time and if you miss two appointments we may not be able to complete your treatment or offer you NHS care in the future.

Once your initial treatment is complete, we encourage you to come back to the practice at regular intervals to see that everything is going well.
